April 2024

Dear ANA Members,

Spring is upon us. While nature bursts forth with color and new life, the ANA continues to grow and become even more vibrant. While the ANA Board of Directors is laser focused on the future of the organization, we are also preparing to celebrate the history and accomplishments of the ANA as we approach the 150th anniversary of the ANA in 2025.

With 150 years of people, information, activities, influence, research, discovery, and advancement, there is much to celebrate. I am creating a committee to help plan the 150th anniversary celebration, and I invite you to be part of it. If you are interested in serving on the 150th Anniversary Planning Committee, please email Brenda Orffer, CEO, so she can prepare a list for me.

We look forward to the planning and celebration for 2025, but there are so many great things happening now that we can also appreciate and enjoy.
