The Nominating Committee develops a slate of individuals for vacant officer and council positions, which is then submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. The final approved slate is submitted to the membership for a vote. Members should have knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the various elected positions and also of the individuals who have previously held these positions. Efforts are made to increase diversity as well as potential progressions and successions. If you are interested in joining this committee or any ANA committee, click the Committee Interest link.
