Each Exhibit/Poster Hall purchase includes an additional complimentary tabletop in the main meeting space at the Sheraton San Diego Resort (first come, first served), giving you continuous exposure where attendees gather and move between sessions.

While the Exhibit/Poster Hall offers dedicated engagement hours on October 18–19 (5:30–7:00 PM PT), your in-hotel presence ensures all-day visibility and ongoing interaction.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the exhibit space must be made in writing on or before July 2, 2026, to receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. If notice is received between July 3 and August 31, 2026, the exhibitor will be responsible for 50% of their total contracted space. If notice is received after August 31, 2026, the exhibitor is liable for 100% of the total contracted space.

Compliance

The designated company representative listed above has full authority to submit and sign this application. The representative confirms that the company listed on this application will comply with the rules and regulations set forth in the Sponsorship, Advertising & Exhibitor Rules and Regulations in the ANA2026 Prospectus. The representative further acknowledges that the ANA reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject this application.
