Junior and Early Career Membership Subcommittee
The Junior and Early Career Membership (JECM) Subcommittee, part of the ANA Membership Committee, was established by the ANA Board of Directors to enhance engagement and support the recruitment, retention, and representation of junior and early career members. It also leads the ANA Futures Program, which provides medical students and residents with career development opportunities in academic neurology.
