ANA2027 Call for Topics Submission Form
Submission Details
Thank you for your interest in submitting a topic for a Plenary, Traditional or Cross‑Cutting Special Interest Group Session, Professional Development Workshop, or Interactive Lunch Workshop at the 152nd Annual Meeting of the American Neurological Association (ANA2027). The deadline for submissions is Monday, November 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST. Multiple submissions are welcome.
If your submission is accepted, the ANA Annual Meeting Programming (AMP) Committee, Professional Development Workshops Subcommittee, Interactive Lunch Workshops Subcommittee, and Special Interest Group Chairs (Traditional and Cross‑Cutting) reserve the right to modify proposed content and speaker recommendations as needed. Final programming decisions will be made in January 2027, and you will be notified of the status of your submission(s) at that time.
Submissions must be complete and fully developed to be eligible for review. Incomplete or partial proposals—including those listing “to be determined,” “TBD,” “pending,” etc. in any required field—will be disqualified.
Speakers
At least one representative from the AMP Committee, Professional Development Workshops Subcommittee, or Interactive Lunch Workshops Subcommittee will serve as the chair or co‑chair of each respective session during the Annual Meeting.
Special Interest Group Sessions (Traditional and Cross‑Cutting) will be chaired by ANA members selected by the AMP Committee.
To ensure a consistent review process, please do not contact proposed speakers, co‑chairs, or moderators. All communication with proposed participants will be handled directly by the ANA.
Recommended speakers should be eligible for ANA membership. For Plenary recommendations, please avoid selecting individuals who have presented during ANA Plenaries at the 2024–2026 Annual Meetings. Please review the Past Plenary Speakers (2024-2026) before completing your submission.
To support the development of ANA2027 Special Interest Group Sessions, please reference the Special Interest Groups Speakers and Topics (2024-2026).
Please ensure that your proposed speakers reflect diversity in institution, gender, and race/ethnicity.
If you have any questions, please contact ANA Meetings Education Manager, Loretta Neely via email or at (609) 414-7535.
