ANA2026 Call for Topics Submission Form
Submission Details
Thank you for your interest in submitting a topic for a Plenary, Traditional or Cross- Cutting Special Interest Group Session, Professional Development Workshop or Interactive Lunch Workshop at the 151st Annual Meeting of the American Neurological Association (ANA2026). The deadline for submissions is Monday, December 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. Please note that you may submit multiple topics for consideration.
If your submission is accepted, the ANA Annual Meeting Programming (AMP) Committee, Professional Development Workshops Subcommittee, Interactive Lunch Workshops Subcommittee, and Special Interest Group Chairs (Traditional and Cross-Cutting) reserve the right to modify the content and speaker recommendations. The final programming decisions will be made in February 2026, at which time you will be notified regarding the status of your submission(s).
Submissions must be complete and fully developed to be eligible for review. Incomplete or partial proposals will be disqualified without exception. Submissions with “to be determined”, “TBD” and/or “pending” etc. noted in any required field will be considered incomplete.
Speakers
Please note that at least one person from the AMP Committee, Professional Development Workshop Subcommittee, the Interactive Lunch Workshop Subcommittee will serve as either the chair or co-chair of each session during the meeting. Special Interest Group Sessions (Traditional and Cross-Cutting) are chaired by ANA members selected by the AMP Committee.
Because the AMP Committee may not accept your submissions, we ask that you do not contact the proposed speakers, co-chairs, and/or moderators. All correspondence to proposed speakers, co-chairs, and/or moderators will come directly from the ANA.
Recommended speakers are expected to qualify for ANA membership. When considering speaker recommendations for Plenaries, we ask that you do not select speakers who have presented sessions during ANA Plenaries during the 2023-2025 Annual Meetings. Please review the past Plenary Speakers (2023-2025) spreadsheet located here prior to completing your submission.

Please ensure that your proposed speakers are diverse as it relates to institution, gender, and race/ethnicity.
