Payment

Upon receipt and approval of the meeting space request, ANA will send an email regarding payment. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Meeting Space Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of meeting space must be submitted in writing on or before July 2, 2026, to receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. If written notice of cancellation is received between July 3 and August 31, 2026, the contracted company will be responsible for 50% of the total contracted space cost. If written notice is received after August 31, 2026, the contracted company will be responsible for 100% of the total contracted space cost.

Responsibilities Agreement

I acknowledge that I have read and understand ANA’s Inappropriate Behavior Policy and related guidelines. I understand and agree that the meeting organizer or sponsoring organization assumes full financial responsibility for all expenses associated with this event, including, but not limited to, cancellation fees, audio visual expenses, and hotel room rental charges, if applicable.
