Call for Committee Service 2025 - ANA: American Neurological Association

I am applying to serve on an ANA Committee and understand that if I am selected to serve, I will be required to:
• Maintain my ANA membership throughout the term of committee service.
• Complete a Code of Conduct form each year of service.
• Complete a Confidentiality form each year of service.
• Complete a Conflict of Interest form each year of service.
• Complete a Financial Disclosure form annually if I serve on a committee involved in developing or curating educational content.
