• Please be sure to review the Sponsorship, Advertising & Exhibitor Rules and Regulations on pages 27-33 of the ANA2025 Prospectus.
• Sponsorship and/or advertising fees must be received by August 1, 2025, for your company to be recognized in the final online program and ANA provided onsite signage.
• All ANA Annual Meeting (ANA2025) related communication and exhibitor details will be shared with the primary contact listed in the application.
• All sponsorships and advertisements will not be highlighted or posted until all payments are made in full and the necessary approvals have been completed.
• Incomplete applications will not viewed.

The representative confirms that the company listed on this application will comply with the rules and regulations set forth in the Sponsorship, Advertising & Exhibitor Rules and Regulations in the ANA2025 Prospectus. The representative further acknowledges that the ANA reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject this application.
